1) What direction should the CPU fan be blowing? Onto the heatsink/cpu, or away from (drawing from) the heatsink/cpu?
2) How loud is ~45dBA? Does fan noise stack? For example, if I had four fans all running at about 45dBA, would it the output be about 45dBA still?
3) Would a fan on the bottom of my case (with a filter) be a safe/good idea? Either blowing onto my vid car or my hard drives.
4) What are the better fan brands? The fan (x2) I'm looking at now are from NMB Tech and I haven't heard of them before.
