Fan Recommendation Needed

At the moment I have an Enermax 120mm fan in my case and it is very quiet and I like it, but at only 1000 RPM it just doesn't move quiet enough air to cool things down as much as I would like.
I'm looking for a 120mm fan for use in my case that is quiet, had multiple speeds based on a temp sensor, and plugs into a 3 pin motherboard connector.

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I personally love my Scythe S-Flex F's (1600 rpm). I have two in my rosewill case and they are whispher quiet. I can actually hear the cpu fan spin up under load (stock intel HS/F). They aren't adjustable by default, but I know others have hooked them up to fan controllers. I personally don't see the need with how quiet they are.
