What DBA and lower is considered silent or almost silent by manufacteur standards and/or consumer standards? Just shopping for fans and wan't to find the best median of rpm/sound I can get.

Also if anyone wants to toss in what airflow cfm and RPM is good for 80mm fans on a comp that is running a 7800gtx, 2 gigs of ram, and a 3700 san diego, would be much appreciated.
