I bought a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ HS.I wanted to get 2 fans for a push pull configuration,so I bought 2 of these fans

The problem I have is the original fan for the HS is 4 pin.The fans I bought are 3 pin fans with an adapter for a 4 pin molex connector.The problem I have is the cpu fan header is 4 pins.I do have 2 system fan headers that are 3 pins,but then I can't use the cpu fan header.

I'm lost.I guess I wasted my cash,but I could still use them for an optional side fan.

What would be the best way to hook up 2 fans to this heatsink?
 
doesn't matter if they're 3 pin fans, they will work just fine. Plug them into CPU header and one of the system headers (if available), otherwise stick the 2nd on molex to the PSU.
 
It all depends on your tolerance for noise. You can hook them directly into you mobo, but there is a good chance they will run 100% all of the time. Some motherboards will allow you to control them (using Speedfan or something similar), but most headers do not. You can also just have them going directly to the PSU, but then you wouldn't have anything to monitor rpms (if that matters). I would recommend buying a cheap fan controller so you can throttle them to your liking.

If you want to tie them together, an easy way without soldering is to use the 4 pin molex connectors to connect them to each other. Then you can hook up one 3-pin to your motherboard and they will both be powered at about the same speed.
