I have a case with 3 120mm fans and I'm not sure how to mount them in order to get the best cooling/vent. Below is a rough diagram of how I have it now. I'm not sure if I should keep it the same or put the bottom fan blowing air in and the two upper fans pulling air out. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

yea, i think it should be the bottom one pushing air in and the 2 rear ones being exhaust.
 
most have the rear as exhaust and the front as intake. this is because if you exhaust more air that you intake you get negative preasure, which sucks air in through all the cracks in the case.... this eleminates dead zones, where no air circulation gets to, and makes you cooling more effective

2 rear- exhaust
1 front intake
bottom- intake... put a dust filter on it and clean it every 2 weeks... it will get dirty if it is on anything but a desk...
 
Although having negative case pressure does help a little bit it DOES bring a lot of dust into the case.

Adidas is correct. The back fans should exhaust and the front should intake 99% of the time.
