I have 3 fans total in my system. One 90mm one, and two 120mm ones. The 90mm one works fine, but the other two.....well......

I turn on my computer and they jump a little bit. So i touch it with my finger and it starts spinning. It's like they want to turn, but they don't.....

I think that they should spin without me touching them I think. Any suggestions?
 
How are your 120mm fans powered? Directly to the PSU with Molexes? Connected to the mobo (probly not a good idea)? On a fan controller? Some fans have a minimum starting voltage and you may be below that.
 
They are connected to the mobo AND the PSU

There are these little 3-pin molexes that I put into the mobo (only the 120mm ones) And then I chained molexes with the other fan plugs, with one leading into a PSU plug.
 
The 3-pin ones that you have connected to the mobo would be speed sensor wires, and draw almost no power on their own. If I were you, I'd disconnect them and try booting with the fans only connected to the power supply. If they still won't start on their own, something's probably wroong with them. If they work fine, then your mobo is interfering somehow. Maybe it's not hot enough at startup to tell the fans to turn to a high enough voltage to start. I'm not sure about any of that last part so don't quote me on it.
 
Its weird, because my motherboard doesnt even recognize the fans even though they are connected to the mobo!

When I looked on the BIOS, the RPM for the chassis fans was 0. How could that be?
 
doesn't that fan have to support sensing? Just cause it has a yellow wire doesn't mean it does.
