I've got an enermax mid tower, "no frills" case with 1 80mm sidefan
as an intake, 1 80mm exhaust on top, and 2 80mm exhaust on the rear.

My current room temperature is around 27C with my case temperature around 35C. I cut out the grills for the rear exhaust fans which helped some, no dremel required :) However, I'm wondering if I should do the same with the fan on the side and top?

Would it help if I added a 120mm on the front as an intake and make the side fan an exhaust instead of an intake?

If you add an intake in the front (any size) I'd still keep the side as intake, right now you've got four times the amount of exhaust as intake (including the PSU) so the fans are probably straining on that side of the equation (and/or pulling air thru every possible crack on the case which just gets ya more dust). The temps do sound a bit high considering the room temp.
