fan placement for best cooling

Hi,

wanted to get an opinion on the best way to place the fan marked in red in this image, should it be an intake fan or out-take fan ? will be used to cool 2x5770 passive cards, i have 2 exhaust and 1 intake at the moment already.

Should the fan in red be intake or out-take fan ?

Intake for sure. Get some fresh directly on at least the bottom card. Is that what you ended up doing? Cool build, by the way.
