Fan not spinning...

I have the Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W. The fan in the back isn't spinning, and I don't know if it ever has. I just now noticed it. I started getting a few random restarts when I was messing with my network cables. It also gives random restarts(seldom) when I disable my firewall and go into My Network Places. The air that's coming out of the back of it feels pretty cool already though. Do I have a problem or can I do something to MAKE the fan spin?

Contact Antec, it should be spinning!
Negative! This is a SmartPower 2.0 model we're talking about.

The rear fan only starts to spin on high thermal load. In other words, it is off unless absolutely necessary. You have nothing to worry about.

Are you sure, I used a couple in customer builds &
I'm pretty sure the fan was always spinning at least a little?

Random restarts... while overclocked? Are you giving your CPU enough voltage?

I relieved my overclock back to normal, and it still happened. I just didn't change my sig.

My SP-500 rear fan only comes on when temps raise, the intake fan however, always spins. This is how all of them are, its a specific feature of the supply :)
