I have an antec True Power 380W

i have the setup in my signature.

When i power up my computer, my exhaust fan doesnt spin. I have to give it a whirl with my finger because it starts spinning, but even then its slow and weak.

Is my power supply not strong enough?

It could also be negative case pressure. Take the side off your case & try it.

I've been leaving my case open because of the hot temperatures around here (west texas, its been close to 110 lately), so it's not that.

So there's not a chance that its the power supply?

The fan inside the power supply is running on the same 12V rail that everything else inside your PC gets it's 12V from. If your power supply was SO WEAK that it couldn't spin a single fan, that power supply would be too weak to even allow your computer to boot up.

The fan's just dead. That's all. Replace the fan or the power supply and move on.

Actually the fan is thermaly controlled, your Antec has a 3yr warranty, so contact Antec. ;)
