fan is stuttering help!!!!

lately my 120mm fan has been just stuttering like its gone through some kind of state of shock. I usually have to push the fan in order for it to start spinning. Do you guys know what the problem is and a way to remedy this. I'm getting worried if i don't do something my computer might start overheating if i dont pay attention.
 
a simple solution would be to replace the fan. Other than that, every fan that has been acting funny on me eventually dies no matter what i have tried. if you need a fan, i got some 120mm fans you can have for free, just pay shipping.
