I bought a dremel a few months ago and I also have some spare cases lying around.
I was wondering if anyone could provide a link to some 120mm fan hole templates.

Thanks!

Sure thing, the one printable templat looks to have both a circular and more square shaped pattern to make it easier to use a dremel if you don't have a hole saw. Good luck.

Came out good. Used the square template. This was my first time using a dremel on metal and modding :) I'm proud of the results. I'm gonna buy one of those rad grills to go over it and then it will look perfect :D

Lets see some pics! My first fan was a top blow hole that I cut with the Dremel by hand and it came out very rough. I used some modders mesh as a grill / cover so you could not tell, but I bet yours came out better.
