What do you folks think? Im gonna go to a local machine shop and see how much it will cost to get made. If its too pricey I will just resort to the Evo 120.

Lack of Square Fan Grills on the market got to me so I designed my own ;P
 
Sounds like a great idea. Maybe make 3 sizes for the 3 different type of radiators. I'd be interested.
 
also the "hardforum" part will be tricky. you might have to change the font so that the inner areas don't fall out. like the A or the D or even the O etc.. etc..

Nice work. My suggestion would be to make everything thicker to allow for more airflow. The [H] could be real thick
