Fan dying on me

I have an ATI 9700 Pro and fan is getting hard ,is there any replacement if not any suggestion s what to do ?

I couldn't find ati silencer 1 rev 2, about Arctic Cooling ATI Silencer 4 Rev. 2 (R420) could i use that?

Not sure, you might want to email tech support and ask about, for an easy fix you can use a socketA (athlonxp) fan directly to the radeon heatsink (2 screws hold the fan firmly), i did that way to fix my girl's radeon9800, working great after 2 years running non stop.
