fan controller

Vantec NXP-201 has 4 channels, you'd only need 1 y-adaptor

Vantec NXP-205 will fit in a 3 1/2" bay
 
How about the Enermax UC-A5FATR2 controller?

Its got a nifty bloo led, 2 temp probes and 6 fan controllers:D

Sunbeam Rheobus by far the best. Has 4 channels and you can get one Y adapter like kovermours said. I assume u have two fans blowing in the same place so you could run that y splitter there. Sunbeam by far is one of the best fan controllers. IMHO.

i was looking @ the sunbeam, but i wanted to see if anybody had any better ideas? It looks like a sunbeam + (homemade) fanbus is what it is gonna be.

Sunbeam but those diods can make you blind if you look at them for more than a split second.
