I am ordering the kit for my new water cooled build in a Corsair 900D case.

Can you please advise of a good fan controller that can take high wattage per channel?
I am going to be running 20 x Corsair SP120 Quiet Series

How is this: http://www.lamptron.com/product/controllers/fc5-v2/

The ideal usage is:
Channel 1 - 8 fans in push pull on the first radiator
Channel 2 - 8 fans in push pull on the second radiator
Channel 3 - 3 front fans
Channel 4 - 1 rear fan
Channel 5 - LED Strips

What cables I need to split from one port of the fan controller to 8 fans? Sorry for the noob question

Thanks for all the help

Those fans pull about 80mA (~1W) each so running 8 off one 30W channel should be okay.

For power distribution, something like this ModMyToys 3-Pin Power Distribution PCB - 3-Way Block should do the trick for the front fans (and is way cheap :D ) and this ModMyToys 4-Pin PWM Power Distribution PCB - 8-Way Block should work for your rad fans (and is also way cheap :D ). I know it says it is a PWM splitter but it will work just fine for non-PWM fans also. They don't make an 8-way 3-pin only model. Another option for the rad fans might be something like this NZXT Grid Ten-Port Fan Hub that has a little extra "bling factor" with the white LEDs. It's a little more expensive but still very affordable.
