Fan controller suggestions

Hello everyone, I need a fan controller that can turn 4 fans from off to full speed. Vantec makes a controller that does 3 fans and a lighting mod. I don't need the lighting mod. because I don't have one. Does anyone have good units in mind? :confused:
 
sunbeam rheobus does wonders for my rig...turn the fans down midway right before the red light comes on for just surfin the net and while sleeping, then crank em up for gaming
 
sunbeam. everything else is pure garbage, especially vantec nexus or those in-house ones - they don't do 18w per channel or they produce noise when you apply resistance by turning the fans low, or they only do 5v-12v range instead of 0-12v.
