I am looking at getting this fan controller

Can someone tell me what kind of hookups this has in the back for the fans to plug into. I bought some LED fans and they have the 3 pin connector on them. Will they plug right in to the controller or will I need to purchase adapters (3pin to 4 pin)??

Also one other question I have a blue cold cathode light in my case what would UV ide cables look like in there? Would there be no color effect and should I just go with regular color cables? Thanks in advance for the help.
 
nearly all fan controllers, including this one, ave three-pin molexes.

ps: it says in the soecs table about half a screen down that it's three pin. read.
