hey all, got a question on a fan controller I have.
I got the kaze master ace fan controller http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/acc/045/km02_detail.html
having a little problem understanding the voltage/wattage they are listing. I want to get some high air flow fans http://www.petrastechshop.com/12yalod1cafa2.html and the voltage is 12v for each fan. Would I overload and kill the fan controller by hooking up 4 fans to it that use 12v?
It gets hot where I live in the summer time and at stock settings my system temp is 35c(startup) - 55c(under load), what is the best number of fans to use and orientation of those fans in a CM690 case? I was thinking of getting rid of the exhaust fan and just using a high air flow fan or two on the cpu heatsink (cooler master hyper 212+) and see if that would be better and cool the system down better.
I have both of the side panels off of the case because I am still tinkering in there, but would like to get the rat's nest cleaned up and organized and put sides back on. just wondering what fan orientation gives me the best cooling.
fans I have atm:
2 x 120mm gentle typhoon 1850 RPM fans
1x 120mm LED fan that came with my tuniq tower 120 extreme (not sure of the details)
assortment of mascool/yate loon 80mm fans (semi used 5year old fans)
