Fan controller interfere with my Case door?

i've noticed some pictures of ppl's cases n things they added on

what caught my eye was Cases with the Door were able to use Fan Controllers

i have an AeroCool Spiral Galaxies, would this Vantec NXP-205-BK Controller fit?

A dude I know named Austin had the same fan controller you are planning on getting. It sticks out at least 1/2 inches out of his case, and he cannot close the door on it. But, his case is different than yours. I would measure and buy it from a local retailler so you can be sure it will fit (and not have to deal with RMA fees if it does not). Just get one of these instead: http://www.svc.com/fp206bk-22.html if you want to be safe.
 
yeah i was thinking about getting something digital but they cost more (except that one is cheap, i didn't see that one at newegg if i'm not mistaken)

anyways, i wanted to go with the knobs since i don't really care for temp readings cuz i've read reviews about those being inaccurate and stuff
