Fan Controller Dead?

Alright right when i got my system up and running I had my heatsink fan (Tornado , 92mm) plug into my Vantec Nexus Fan Controller. well i saw that my other fans werent plugged in so i turned it off , unplugged a couple of wires and plugged those fans in, and the tornado back in, Well none of the fans work now and i unplugged everything and just put the tornado on it and it still didnt work ? what else ist here to do?
 
I just got a vantec nexus as well, except when i plug the fans in, they spin up to full and the knobs dont effect the speed.:confused:
 
I have had this thing for a while, i just got a new psu last night, from a Aspire 520w to a antec Truepower 440w, I might have to go to compusa again and get some offbrand 550w or the 600w cause it just seems like it isnt getting enough power, is that what yall thinks?

OK guys, this is scary. I'm ordering two Vantec Nexus 201 blacks next month for my new system. Do these things work or what?

600w is flux capacitor terroitory. Might be a little excessive, my .02

Your problem might be a short, or you coulda juiced something.
