Is it possible to wire the antec 900 fans into a fan controller without some complicated mods/setups? If so, how, and what fan controller should i use?

another question, how does it regulate the speed when the antec ones already have that little speed control thingy?

if you mean the fourth wire for PWM then it just doesn't connect to that fourth wire. The controller I have works by adjusting the voltage.

Do you need a controller though? Seems like you can already control them via bios somewhat and maybe speedfan works for your mobo.

Put physical switch on high. Then adjust the speed in the fan controller. There is no Speedfan option for these fans. The fan is connected directly to a power source. In his situation it will be to a fan controller. Speedfan only works for motherboard fan controllers.

the reason why i want a fan controller is because the antec fans are extremely loud when on high, and i would like to regulate it because when im gaming, i put the fans on high, if im just surfing the net, turn it down to low so its not irritating. it becomes a hassle to reach inside the case everytime to adjust fan speeds =/

i would take the rheobus but as some reviews have pointed out, theres no real way to tell if the fails or stops, which could cause a thermal disaster, at least with the zalman, it has alerts to let u know if a fan fails or not. plus it just looks damn SEXAY

I havent seen it in stores yet and i called again they said its been pushed back til the end of the month :-\
