Fan control in CCC

I recently purchased a 4550 to go with my 4870x2. The 4550 is passively cooled. After installing CCC I can only view the settings for the 4550. I have lost the abililty to see the 4870x2's overclocked settings (which I am fine with) and the fan speed controls (which I am not fine with). I have heard that Rivatuner can do some of the same functions of CCC, but will it allow me to control the fan settings in the 4870x2 and the overclocked cpu & gpu settings.
