Fan connectors...

Three pin headers plug in your motherboard, or PSU's 3pin plugs. :)
They're usually reserved for fans. They're basically giving you a choice between molex or 3-pin. Note that larger fans that consume allot of power should not be plugged directly onto the motherboard using the 3-pin plug and converted to molex instead.
 
the 3 connetors are
standard 3-pin mobo connetor
4-pin molex in
4-pin molex out.

It has a 'passthrough' design so that you can plug the wire from your psu into one connector, and the other into your HD/DVD.
 
one last thing, plug in only one at a time, either 3pin or 4pin molex. Im not too sure what will happen, but do not plug both at the same time
