Right now my computer only has the single 120mm exhaust fan, the cpu fan, and the GPU fan.

Right now they are all running pretty high and does not have good airflow.
I have a 120mm, 92mm and 2x 80mm slots available to add fans.

This is a desktop style case: its a CM Elite 360
The pics on newegg have it standing up, but I have it laying on its side.
The system is a gigabyte 780g board with a 4050e, GTS250 and pci wifi card.

There are 2x 120mm: One is on the top of the case above the CPU, and one is on the Right of the case next to the CPU.
There are 2x 80mm that are above the backplate.
There is a 92mm on the left side that would be next to the GPU.

How should I configure them....ie which ones should exhaust and which should be intakes?
Is positive pressure or negative pressure better?

Just my take. Play around with it till you get your best temps.
 
Seeing as the PSU is front mounted it exhausts out the front right? Where are the two 80mm fans at? They on the front also? If it was my case, as it stands I would run the top (I am guessing the 92mm fan) and the side (120mm fan) as intake, as the case has allot of holes and it might help a bit with keeping dust out. Depending on where the 80mm fans are this might change, I also take it the 360 is not your case? As you said you had that "style" of case.
 
No I have that Exact case.....im just having it lay flat instead of in a tower config.

The 80mm fans are on the back above the backplate
There are 2x 120mm: One is on the top of the case above the CPU, and one is on the Right of the case next to the CPU.
The two Square holes on the top of the case I cannot mount a fan unless i do so on the outside of the case.
The 92mm fan is on the left side by the expansion slots, but is not pictured because in those pics it would be on the bottom of the case.

It depends on the board, it might say in the manual, most I have seen are good up to at least 1A. Most 120mm fans in the 1,000-1,600rom range will pull around .20-.50A and 80-92mm from .04-.10 most of the time, though not all of them. Depending on the setup inside, I would run both the 120mm as intake as well as the 80mm (if you even want to run them, might not be worth the noise) and run the 92mm as exhaust, you will also have your PSU fan (120mm I am guessing) exhausting as well. However, you never know, mess around with it and see what gives the best temps.
