Fan clip question.

I've noticed that some 120mm tower coolers have metal clips that hold the fans on.

My CM 212 Plus has the notches for these metal clips but, included crappy plastic ones. Can you buy these separately somewhere?

Interested in these as well if they exist, I've just been dealing with the plastic ones. They work, but metal would be better.
