Fallout 3 - some of the best texture mod packs?

I've decided to fire up Fallout 3 for the first time in a long time, and I was wondering what some of you thought were the best texture packs to use? Any suggestions would be great!

I had so many tex mods...one of the best was a natural sky to kill the ugly yellow/green hue.

I tried playing FO3 again after I first installed Win7...even a vanilla install would CTD on startup. I threw in the towel on it. Fun game, but buggy as hell.

I remember using Fellout (or a mod like it), and I actually prefer the green tint

Thanks for the recommendation on the texture pack though, I'm downloading it now!
