Fallout 3 Sniper mod?

Has anyone found a mod that works that corrects the constant crosshair swaying when using scoped weapons? It's the one thing in the game that annoys me,even with high weapons skills the sniper rifle shakes too much to be of much value.
 
crouching helps a ton. I think I spent most of the game in the crouched position.
 
The sway is completely dependent on the weapon skills (small guns) I believe. At max (100) there is no sway even when moving from what I remember.
