Fallout 3 quest mods?

Are there any mods out there for Fallout 3 that add new missions that are worth trying out? I've just about finished all the DLC's released and wondered if there were any really good ones before I move on to New Vegas.

Hit this, hit top 100 of all time, select quest and adventures from pull down menu, and choose anything from authors like Puce Moose and firelady for starters.

There's a lot of neat things there that I haven't even tried yet. For some reason, I'm having a hell of a time getting mods to work right with Fallout GOTY via Steam whereas New Vegas is a piece of cake to work with.
