Over time, my monitors brightness has gotten to be less and less... it's fine for in windows, but in some games, i have to turn the brightness way up to be able to see stuff. Now I'm playing fallout 2, and i have the brightness turned all the way up. But even so, I've searched all over, and cannot find a way to get out from under the ghost farm near Modoc. Does anyone remember where it is...?
 
i believe its the well in town.
have to use rope on it to get a way down if i remember right. that or i'm thinking of another town. hope that was helpful. cheers.
