Starting today I've had a little weird problem... I'll hear this "tssst" sound and while it's making that noise the computer freezes up. Once it stops making the noise everything is functioning like it regularly does.

Also, when I went to save a project I had been doing in Photoshop CS4 I got an error about "Cannot read disk... something something something scratched disk" and it crashed lol, luckily I had a backup of it and I didn't make any major changes.

Any apps or something that could run a test to see what's up? All the important data on this machine is also in two other places so it's not really a big deal if it fails, just curious if that's what she could be doin'.

Thanks in advance!
