Quite easy, download it and install it first. Then once its open go to Clients -> Add a new client. Then type any name for it and find the directory that has the Fahlog.txt file, it should be in C:\Documents and Settings\Your_User_Name\Application Data\Folding@home-gpu. Press okay and if your Fah client is running it'll update automatically.
