FAH GPU Tracker V2 Somehing Wrong with My PPD?

I'm just playing around with folding since my computer does nothing at night anyway and running my sig rig for the [H]oard. I had a few questions.

FAH GPU Tracker V2 says I should be getting about 22k combined PPD from my i7 and 460 but online it's only showing 14k PPD. Is there something wrong with my setup?

My 460 is only getting 10.8k 800/1600/2000 , is it only the 1GB version that gets 14k PPD?

Another issue I'm having while folding is that since my case is a P180 mini, the airflow is bad and I'm getting ~85C temps on my i7. How does folding affect the wear and tear on my components? (Turned off CPU folding for now).

Thanks!

no you need to run 10 SMP WU's first before you start getting bonus points. make sure you created a passkey and put it in for the smp client.

the 460's dont get 14k PPD anymore. that was on the old WU's. 10.8-12.5k is about the norm now depending on your overclock.

85C isn't bad. its on the high side but still within the limits of the processor. though the thing to worry about is the motherboard temps more then the processor in your case. but its really up to you and what you want to run.

Here's the passkey info.

Memory doesn't matter for folding on the 460 cards. Both versions get about the same PPD.

Folding generates a lot of heat. Your best option may be to remove the side panel from your case.

Is the i7 overclocked at all? It will generate more points and less heat than the GPU, if you want to pick one over the other. You'll get the most points from running bigadv SMP on the i7, but it needs to be OCed to somewhere around 3.6GHz to complete the WUs, I believe. Just run standard SMP until the bonus points kick in.
