Is there a way to speak with anyone at Facebook either directly (real time chat) or through email regarding problems on the website? I cannot find any way to contact anyone about problems that I'm having on the site, just the help center or groups that in most cases have nothing to do with my problems. These are the problems that I'm having:
#1: I'm chatting with someone on chat and suddenly they go offline. They usually come back on 5-10 minutes later, however after chatting with them more I always say where did you go? and they always reply with what do you mean? I'm always like you just went offline. To which they almost always reply I've been sitting here waiting for a reply or whatever, you are the one that went offline or whatever when I was also sitting at my screen with internet connection. So it isn't just me seeing this issue, and I always have a full internet connection.
#2: When I post links on my wall now they do not show up on my wall, they only show up in my friends news feeds...they never ever show up on my wall. One night when this first started happening I posted the exact same link like 15 times and a friend messaged me and was like "wtf dude" i was like what are you talking about "you just posted the exact same link like 10 times", and this has been happening for over 3 weeks now for me. I've been testing it with friends who were willing to help me out to test it.
I don't know how to fix these obviously, and there are no groups or help center items that relate to these problems. Does anyone know of a Facebook email that i can use to contact someone, or some other way to get a hold of someone regarding these issues?
