Trying to revamp my sneaker net and have an idea... But first a question..

Are the work units for the Windows client the same as the Linux client?

I'm folding on a Windows PC with no direct internet access, but I have SSH / SCP access to a linux pc that does.. Note the Linux PC is way too underpowered for folding itself.. :/
