Ok im running F@H on my lappy and my desktop. My desktop is fine it uses 100% of my CPU (Dedicated folding)

But my lappy it is only using 50% of my CPU... I want it to use 100, how can i make it do it?

Well, if you want 100%, then you need to run two instances of folding. You won't get much of a gain, but it'll help a little bit.

It's basically running at 100%, just Windows is not reporting it as so. It's a goofy deal with Windows and HT processors. At least this is my understanding.

On HT processors you can run two instances of F@H, need to use the local switches thou else things get all screwed up from my experiance.

Or you might be able to turn off HT in the BIOS if you choose to.

Either way, rest assured the the folding program is running wide open.

You need to run 2 command line clients in seperate folders with -local and -advmethods tags and tehn make sure to change the machine ids under advanced options!!

I believe Marty is right, try turning hyperthreading of and check your cpu usage. You can always turn the hypertreading back on after you check.

Thanks xENo!!!
