F.E.A.R. Combat

My problem with FEAR combat is that i can never tell who is on my team and who is an enemy. So while i'm trying to figure that out i'm just dying.

Almost QFT, I can't tell friends and foes apart in this game either unless I am in a very birght daylight map and am somehwat close to them. The uniform choices for opposing teams is horrible I think. I don't however wait to get killed while trying to figure it out, I just shoot at everything I see, if they don't shoot back, they are friendly.

Also in general, I gotta say the graphics are very underwhelming, and the gameplay is sorely lacking, it just feels empty.

I like the tribes method of seperating players. A big red arrow above enemy players and a green one above friendlys. Makes it real easy.

I played the snot out of RTCW:ET...hope I have the same expierence with this!

That brings back memories man. That was the first multiplayer game I played, and I got hooked. Of all the multiplayer games I play now I still think that RTCW was the best.

F.E.A.R. Combat is more like UT2k4 where the pace is fast and its more about just trying to shoot as many people down as possible, unlike BF2 and AAO.

Hey all, I just downloaded this last night and its tons of fun. Just one quick question though:
How do we force resolutions? Thanks :)

You can edit the configuration file. It's in your computer shared folder...I'm unsure of the exact path at the moment, but if you google "FEAR resolution" you'll probably find it in the first few hits.

i get an eror when trying to instal the game and i get a Catastrophic eror which people seem to be getting....anyone know how to fix this  thx
