Eyefinity problems with 6990 + 6970

So I have this 6990 that I got from AMD as a gift back last December. Its been working great till about 3 weeks ago. It all of sudden started crashing when I play any game in Eyefinity. When I play Diablo 3 in fullscreen windowed mode Eyefinity it plays just fine for hours and hours. It only use one GPU when I play Diablo 3 in fullscreen windowed mode. When I try to use the widescreen fixer and getting all 3 GPU's to work it crashes with a D3D error. The same thing happens when I play MW3. Plays fine in fullscreen windowed mode but crashes and artifacts when I play regular Eyefinity with all 3 GPU's working.

I have tested the cards on one monitor and it works flawlessly for hours on end. I think I might have a faulty displayport on the video card unless you guys have some suggestions. Now since I can't play on all three of my monitors I've been thinking of selling the setup I have now which is a 6990 and a 6970 both with Koolance waterblocks. If I do sell this setup It can only be to someone that knows that this setup can't do Eyefinity. With this setup I get around 160 -185 FPS playing BF3 on ultra @ 1920 X 1080.

My current setup is:

Asus Pro Z68 MB
2600K
Silverstone Strider 1000w Modular PSU
2 Kingston HyperX 128G SSD's in Raid 0
16 gigs of Crucial Smart Tracer Memory @ DDR3-1866

I have tried reinstalling my OS twice. I have tried reinstalling every game as well. I have also tried every driver from 12.1 to 12.7 and Eyefinity crashes but works fine on one monitor.

Do you guys think I can sell this setup to someone that knows they can only use this with one monitor? and how much for a somewhat broken 6990+6970 setup....

Have you tried eyefinity with just the 6990 or just the 6970? it could help you figure out which card is the problem. Have you tried running stock clocks on both cards? Try disabling ulps?
