Hey [H],

I'm having some issues viewing movies across all 3 of my eyefinity screens. I am running at 5760x1080 @ 60mhz resolution.

When running a .avi file in WMP, 6 inches of the movie are on the left/right monitors.

When running the same file in VLC, it's almost stretched correctly, but very smashed. VLC is set to run at a 48:1 aspect ratio.

Also, when trying to full screen Hulu, it just flashes, I see the adobe flash plugin start and then close in Firefox. Any ideas guys? :-(

Movies are not that wide to begin with so you will either have a higly cropped image or a very squashed one.

What you are getting makes sense for the aspect ratio of the movie rather than the aspect ratio of the 3 screens together. Movies are best viewed on a single 16 by 9 screen. You would have to transcode the to change the aspect ratio and changing the aspect ratio of a movie leads to poor video quality.

Just play movies on the center screen and you will be fine. I can not imagine having the divides splitting up a movie anyway. That has to suck.

The aspect ratio of 3x1680x1050 displays is WAY to wide for movies, there is no way a movie will look good stretched across all 3.

BTW, ditch WMP and VLC and get a real player like MPC-HC.
