Okay, so I haven't seen this question come up anywhere... or maybe I haven't looked closely enough.

What I do know is that right now to run Eyefinity, you need to use the DVI + HDMI + DP to run a triple display.

Therefor, is it possible to run 3 displays via DVI on a Crossfire setup? I currently run the Dell 3007WFP-HC, and I also have a Dell 2007FP. Was planning to get another Dell 2007FP but unsure at the moment... I just don't feel like spending the some $100 on a active DP to DVI adapter.

You need the adapter, cause the HDMI is the same as one of the DVI outputs. Sucks to have to pay it, but it is worth it. I recommend you pickup two 2007fps so you can run em in eyefinity!

There goes my hopes :(

I thought having a CF setup would alleviate the problem of having to use a DP adapter. Do you think the next refresh on ATI cards would support a triple DVI setup?

I've got a 5770 lying around for a few days, so I'm dying to test out Eyefinity, but not with 2 LCD's. I know someone who is selling a 2007FP - A04 revision, but I ain't got one of those DP adapters.

Find a Bytecc DP to VGA adapters and run your new 20 off that.

I am running a 22" 1680x1050 off it and it works perfectly, no image quality loss

Got my adapter for 25 bucks from newegg.
