eyefinity and input lag

Yea I check monitor reviews for input lag. Most don't show it and some even quote refresh rate at input lag....($%$#^$#%&^&)

anyway does 3 monitors make this even worse?

has anyone seen any numbers on input lag and an eyefinity setup?
 
Haven't seen any posts that mention it. I'd think if it was a big deal, some would at least mention it?
 
I have probably played on more Eyefinity systems than anyone in North America, outside maybe some of the guys at AMD, and the issue has never even crossed my mind.
 
I haven't noticed any on my setup... but the lag would only be limited to whatever the lag was on one of the LCDs, because they are all processing the image at the time in unison... unless you have mismatched displays... I think that's one of the reasons it's good to roll with 3 identical displays.. but that's just my guess..
 
Just standard LCD lag as far as I can tell. Until Eyefinity, I gamed almost exclusively on a CRT @85 to 120Hz. I can easily notice the lag when I switch from the CRT to the 2405 or the 2409's, even when playing Zuma, but the lag is no different to me using one LCD or all three. And no Zuma is not a good game to use Eyefinity with.

I know all my LCD's are all laggy and crappy, the trio of 2409's were given to me, and the 2405 was, me buying a LCD because it was on sale and not bothering to properly research it first. I will be buying a trio of better monitors when the 24"+ 120Hz models arrive and get below $500. Eyefinity almost made me give up CRTs. If I had a better trio of monitors I prolly would have already ditched my p220f/2405 setup for them and Eyefinity.
 
Having used an eyefinity setup for awhile now, I can say with confidence that it adds almost no input lag, if any.

quite honestly i doubt you would notice any input lag issues. youd be more likely to have choppy video due to your settings being too high.

i havent noticed any input lag on my new setup. been playing NFS:SHIFT and DIRT excessively for a few days now. istill cant help saying holy crap everytime i sit down in front of these babies.
