So I was looking at an OC thread on that site and decided to register so I could post some help or ask a question or something...check out the reply I got after a) registering, b) activating my account and c) awaiting "approval":

Wow. Really? What membership requirements?! I'm pretty sure I have a pulse.

p.s. Sorry if this is a frivolous/useless post. Just makes me realize how great [H] is compared to other forums.
 
Maybe their full? and did you really need to make a thread for this? We all love these forums but damm.

Also try contacting an admin on the issue, can be a number of things and im sure theres more to the ''do not meet req'' mail they sent.
 
Might be an e-mail issue. I don't think they will accept a hotmail, google, etc. account. E-mail the admins back and see what the problem was. XS is a great forum also, don't give up so easy.
 
Their forums, their rules. This ain't the place to complain about them.

And for the record, we manually moderate new members here as well. I can deny anyone at the gate just because I don't like their nick or the domain addy they tried to reg with. That's how we keep out a lot of the riff raff and spammers. ;)

Honestly, do you think I'm going to let in someone with a nick like BUYCHEAPVIAGRA or KyleBennettSucksDonkeyBalls or BannedNick2? :eek:
