extra parts - what to do?

i have a few extra parts laying around and was wondering what should i do with them? i have an amd 1800+, 256 megs ram, geforce 4 mx 60 gig hard drive, just need the case and mobo... i was thinking of makeing a small comp for movies and just put it beside my tv and hook it to my tv, like a shuttel, but im not sure if thats the best, what would you do with extra parts?
 
yeah sounds good, any req. on the mobo and case? iv been lookin on a few sites but aint sure on what to go with
 
Depends on how much money you are willing to spend? I say you look around the For Sale section and snatch a good deal on a case and a mobo. You want to keep it at a low cost because it will beat the whole purpose if you end up spending over $150 IMO.

Anyway...building spare PC's is fun...I've got two sitting around now that I know not what to do with. Get youself a mATX mobo and this case (Really cool little case...will fit in with A/V components real nice)

That case does look pretty nice.

Shuttle makes great performing Shuttle boards. Check around the forum in the For Sale section to see if they have any mATX Shuttle boards for sale.
 
yeah price dosnt really matter to me just not too high, but i kind of want to find parts in canada but cant seem to find anything good, i like that case i might keep lookin for it on some canadian sites or just get it off that site... and you say Shuttle makes good mobos? might check em out
