external sound card

I just bought the CREATIVE T6100 (5.1) speakers and want to buy a nice sound card to match them. I've got a table pc that I'm going to replace with a new laptop in September. So, I need an external sound card that I can use on my laptop since it probably won't have a 5.1 sound card.
Which one would you recommend?? I found a nice one (link below) but don't know if it's any good. It seems pretty fine to me but I'm not an expert so please tell me what you think.

I have one and it works ok. Not sure about surround sound though I have not tried that with it yet.
