External SATA Hard drives.. where?

I seen that some Motherboards / They make adapters that allow for an External SATA hard Drive via a Native SATA plug just like a USB.... Where can I get one of these?
 
Newegg. Just add the HDD of your choice. Check the pics to make sure it actually has the sata port on the back of the enclosure, though (Example), as it seems that some I have looked at are categorized wrong.

 
Just build them yourself :)

The fun comes with the external sata backplanes.
