Im looking to add a NAS drive to my network by using an external enclosure since its cheaper than buying a NAS External Harddrive. Im having a hard time finding any SATA ones and just curious to see if they are out there so far just ATA.

I haven't seen many, but a google reveals that they exist, although at steep prices - £198 for the bare unit (about $345.90!). I'd just go with an ide version, unless you've already got a disk or you're set on sata - the speed advantage won't help over Ethernet. 100mbit is only 12.5 MB/s, there's no way you'll miss that out of an ide nas box.
