I'm looking for a USB powered external harddrive for a car audio install. So far I've found the Western Digital Passport series, but I would like to find something with a larger buffer than 2mb and if possible faster than 5400rpm. If you know of any please let me know.

Thanks

build your own with a USB enclosure and a 2.5" drive. The ExKy series from Hitachi is supposed to be reasonably rugged, check the specs.
