Hey everyone, have a problem that has been frustrating the hell out of me. 
I just got a new WD mybook for my media overflow. Works find until I try and unmount it. Then I find its still in use even though filemon shows nothing accessing the drive. I turned off indexing and still the same thing. Sometimes it will randomly work, but I just have to keep trying and maybe once out of 50 times it will work. Theres nothing open from the drive, including any explorer windows.
Anyone know any causes?
Another option is just switching it to the "optimized for quick removal" option. But for some reason this is not in the manual, or mentioned on wd's site. This makes me think it can't be good for the drive...
