Alright. I was wondering which option would be better for the hard drive that I am using. I have a 250gig Hitachi with an AMS Venus DS3 Firewire/Usb 2 enclosure.

Should I set it in windows for Optimize for Quick Removal or Optimize for Performance?

I was playing a movie off of it and the activity light seemed to be going pretty nuts. What do you think would be best?

Frankly, I'm not sure what optimization of drive systems under windows means. If you're playing a movie off of a HDD, however, there will be drive activity :rolleyes: . I'd say you don't need to screw with it unless you're not getting something for which you look.
