External Hard Drive Enclosure Which One?

I'm looking for a HD enclosure. Here are some of the things I would like it to have:

5.25"
Prefer Black or Silver casing
All cd-rom types IE dvd, dvd-r, dvd-rw etc
Something that can handle over 200gigs for HD probably over 300 though
Made out of a durable material
Needs to have a internal fan or 2
optional external power source

That's about it I think, if you know of one please let me know, price isn't a factor right now. Thanks!
